GENERAL QUESTIONS
What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. You can still book your Melbourne home cleaning service online anytime, even at 11pm in your mismatched pj’s. We won’t judge!
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Most of our clients aren’t. As long as we have clear access instructions, our cleaners will complete your home cleaning service with care and secure the property when they leave.
Are your cleaners insured and police checked?
Yes. Every cleaner is fully insured, police checked, and experienced in eco friendly cleaning methods. You can feel comfortable knowing your home is in safe, professional hands.
Do you bring your own equipment and products?
We do. And we’re a little particular about them. Our cleaners arrive fully equipped with professional tools and eco friendly, non toxic cleaning products. No harsh chemicals. No synthetic fragrances. Just a healthier clean for your home.

How do I book a cleaning service?

Can I get a quote first?
Of course. You can request an instant quote for regular house cleaning, deep cleaning, or end of lease cleaning with no obligation and one of our friendly coordinators will call you to discuss your options. No pressure. Just clear pricing so you can decide in your own time.
What if my home is more detailed than expected?
It happens more than you’d think. No judgement here.
If the condition of the property requires more time, extra labour, or a different level of service, we may need to adjust the booking so the clean can be completed properly. We’ll always talk you through it first.
How long will the cleaning take?
Every home is a little different. The time required depends on the size, layout, and condition of your home. Your quote includes an estimated timeframe, and we’ll let you know if anything needs adjusting.
Do you offer Airbnb cleaning services?
Yes. We provide reliable Airbnb and short stay cleaning services in Melbourne, focused on presentation, consistency, and guest ready results.

Do you provide NDIS or DVA cleaning services?
We do. We support self managed and plan managed NDIS and DVA clients with respectful, reliable cleaning services and a strong focus on continuity of care.
Do you offer hoarder or squalor cleaning?
Yes. We approach these cleans with care, discretion, and zero judgement. We’ll usually request photos and arrange an onsite assessment so we can quote accurately and allocate the right team.
Do you move furniture during a clean?
We move light furniture where it’s safe to do so, especially during deep cleaning services.
Heavy, oversized, or delicate items stay in place. We’d rather protect your home than risk damage.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
What’s included in a regular house clean?
Our Eco Pro Clean covers the essential areas of your home, including bathrooms, kitchen, floors, surfaces, and those finishing touches that make a space feel properly clean.
Additional services such as oven cleaning, windows, walls, or detailed scrubbing can be added when you book.
What’s included in a Deep or Spring Clean?
Our Eco Deep cleaning service is your home’s reset button.
It includes everything in an Eco Pro clean, plus detailed work such as skirting boards, window tracks and frames, internal windows, getting underneath and behind areas as much as possible, and those sneaky corners that quietly collect dust.
What’s included in an end of lease clean?
Our Eco Move cleaning service follows a comprehensive real estate checklist and covers the property from top to bottom. It includes oven, stovetop, rangehood, and all internal windows. It’s designed to help you hand back the keys with confidence and a whole lot less stress.
Do you guarantee the bond clean?
We guarantee our work. If anything in the scope was missed or not cleaned properly, we’ll return to fix it at no cost, provided the property hasn’t been entered after the clean, we’re notified within 48 hours, and photos are supplied.
PAYMENT & FEES
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Simple, secure, and no cash floating around in strange places.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes. Afterpay is available for move in and move out cleaning services, as well as selected one off bookings.
When is payment processed?
A hold is placed on your card on the day of your clean, with payment finalised once the service is complete. For some specialist services, we may request a deposit upfront. We’ll always let you know beforehand.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a $70 fee, as that time has been reserved specifically for your booking.
Is there a last minute booking fee?
Bookings or changes made within 24 hours may incur a $50 last minute fee. This helps us reshuffle schedules fairly and look after our cleaners properly.
BEFORE YOUR CLEAN
Do I need to prepare anything before my cleaning service?
A light tidy helps us focus on what we do best. Cleaning.
For regular and deep cleans, clearing benchtops, picking up clothes, and reducing clutter allows us to spend more time on the actual clean.
For end of lease or builder cleans, please make sure:
- all rubbish, furniture and personal items are removed
- electricity and water are connected
- outdoor areas are tidy
- there is safe, clear access to every room
If we arrive and can’t proceed due to access or preparation issues, a call out fee may apply.
DURING & AFTER YOUR CLEAN
What if I’m not happy with the clean?
We’ve got you.
If something doesn’t look quite right, let us know within 24 hours and send through photos. We’ll arrange a prompt return visit to fix any areas that don’t meet our standard.
