By accessing our website, submitting a booking, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please ensure you review them carefully before proceeding. In these Terms and Conditions:<\/span><\/p>

  • \u201cEco Collective Cleaning\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, \u201cour\u201d<\/b> means Eco Collective Cleaning, our website, and all services we provide.<\/span><\/li>
  • \u201cClient\u201d, \u201cyou\u201d, \u201cyour\u201d<\/b> means the individual or entity using our website or engaging our services.<\/span><\/li>
  • \u201cCleaning work\u201d<\/b> means any cleaning services provided by Eco Collective Cleaning, including but not limited to home, commercial, NDIS\/DVA, Airbnb, bond, builders, hoarder\/squalor and specialist cleaning.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    2. General Guarantee<\/b><\/h2>

    We are committed to delivering high quality cleaning services. We provide a guarantee on all cleaning work carried out under our agreed service terms.<\/span><\/p>

    If, within <\/span>24 hours<\/b> of completing a cleaning service, you consider that any part of the service is not in line with our checklist or the agreed scope (whether agreed via phone, email, or in writing), you must notify us within that 24-hour period <\/span>and supply time-stamped photos of the areas of concern<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

    Where the guarantee applies, we will arrange for a cleaner to return to the property to address and rectify the specific issues raised.<\/span><\/p>

    3. All Work Guarantee Policy and Booking Conditions<\/b><\/h2>

    Our guarantee is subject to the following conditions:<\/span><\/p>

    3.1 Application of Guarantee<\/b><\/h3>

    The All Work Guarantee applies <\/span>only<\/b> to cleaning services booked under our <\/span>package pricing<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

    For package bookings, we guarantee that all tasks included in the chosen package will be completed to a satisfactory standard.<\/span><\/p>

    3.2 Hourly Booking Requirements<\/b><\/h3>

    If you choose to book on an <\/span>hourly basis<\/b>, the following additional conditions apply:<\/span><\/p>

    1. Task List Requirement<\/b>
      <\/b> Prior to the scheduled service, you must provide a <\/span>detailed task list<\/b>. This must be uploaded or sent to us before the cleaning session begins to help us plan and prioritise effectively.<\/span><\/li>
    2. Order of Task Completion<\/b>
      <\/b> Our cleaners will aim to complete tasks in your preferred order. However, actual completion will depend on time, access, and onsite conditions.<\/span><\/li>
    3. Efficiency and Time Limitation<\/b>
      <\/b> Hourly booking provides a limited timeframe. Cleaners cannot complete an unlimited number of tasks in fixed hours, and some tasks require more time than others. Completion depends on the booked duration and time required for each task.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

      3.3 Recommendation to Book Packages<\/b><\/h3>

      For peace of mind, predictability, and guaranteed completion, we strongly recommend booking a <\/span>package service<\/b>.<\/span>
      <\/span> By choosing an hourly service, you acknowledge and accept the limitations outlined above.<\/span><\/p>

      4. No Refunds Policy<\/b><\/h2>

      We do not offer refunds on cleaning services.<\/span>
      <\/span> Our service resolution process is fulfilled through our guarantee, which includes arranging a revisit to address reasonable concerns raised within these Terms.<\/span><\/p>

      5. Guarantee Period<\/b><\/h2>

      The guarantee period is <\/span>24 hours<\/b> from service completion.<\/span><\/p>

      In limited circumstances (e.g. public holidays or situations outside your control), we may extend this period at our discretion. Please contact us promptly if clarification is required.<\/span><\/p>

      6. Photo Evidence Requirement<\/b><\/h2>

      To rely on the guarantee, you must provide <\/span>timestamped photo evidence<\/b> clearly showing any issues.<\/span>
      <\/span> This allows us to verify the concern and determine the appropriate resolution.<\/span><\/p>

      7. Fix-Up Cleaning Booking<\/b><\/h2>

      To use the guarantee:<\/span><\/p>

      • A fix-up clean must be booked <\/span>within 24 hours<\/b> of the original service.<\/span><\/li>
      • The fix-up clean will be limited strictly to the <\/span>specific areas<\/b> identified and supported by photo evidence.<\/span><\/li>
      • No additional charge applies when the issue falls within the guarantee.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        8. Fair Go Policy<\/b><\/h2>

        Our package pricing is based on a <\/span>\u201cfair go\u201d<\/b> assumption \u2014 that the property reflects a normal level of use and dirt.<\/span><\/p>

        Standard pricing <\/span>does not<\/b> cover extreme conditions such as:<\/span><\/p>
