Definitions<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In these Terms and Conditions:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>\u201cEco Collective Cleaning\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, \u201cour\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> means Eco Collective Cleaning, our website, and all services we provide.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>\u201cClient\u201d, \u201cyou\u201d, \u201cyour\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> means the individual or entity using our website or engaging our services.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>\u201cCleaning work\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> means any cleaning services provided by Eco Collective Cleaning, including but not limited to home, commercial, NDIS\/DVA, Airbnb, bond, builders, hoarder\/squalor and specialist cleaning.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>2. General Guarantee<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are committed to delivering high quality cleaning services. We provide a guarantee on all cleaning work carried out under our agreed service terms.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If, within <\/span><b>24 hours<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of completing a cleaning service, you consider that any part of the service is not in line with our checklist or the agreed scope (whether agreed via phone, email, or in writing), you must notify us within that 24-hour period <\/span><b>and supply time-stamped photos of the areas of concern<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Where the guarantee applies, we will arrange for a cleaner to return to the property to address and rectify the specific issues raised.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>3. All Work Guarantee Policy and Booking Conditions<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our guarantee is subject to the following conditions:<\/span><\/p><h3><b>3.1 Application of Guarantee<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The All Work Guarantee applies <\/span><b>only<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to cleaning services booked under our <\/span><b>package pricing<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For package bookings, we guarantee that all tasks included in the chosen package will be completed to a satisfactory standard.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>3.2 Hourly Booking Requirements<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you choose to book on an <\/span><b>hourly basis<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the following additional conditions apply:<\/span><\/p><ol><li><b>Task List Requirement<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Prior to the scheduled service, you must provide a <\/span><b>detailed task list<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. This must be uploaded or sent to us before the cleaning session begins to help us plan and prioritise effectively.<\/span><\/li><li><b>Order of Task Completion<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Our cleaners will aim to complete tasks in your preferred order. However, actual completion will depend on time, access, and onsite conditions.<\/span><\/li><li><b>Efficiency and Time Limitation<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Hourly booking provides a limited timeframe. Cleaners cannot complete an unlimited number of tasks in fixed hours, and some tasks require more time than others. Completion depends on the booked duration and time required for each task.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><h3><b>3.3 Recommendation to Book Packages<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For peace of mind, predictability, and guaranteed completion, we strongly recommend booking a <\/span><b>package service<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> By choosing an hourly service, you acknowledge and accept the limitations outlined above.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>4. No Refunds Policy<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We do not offer refunds on cleaning services.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Our service resolution process is fulfilled through our guarantee, which includes arranging a revisit to address reasonable concerns raised within these Terms.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>5. Guarantee Period<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The guarantee period is <\/span><b>24 hours<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from service completion.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In limited circumstances (e.g. public holidays or situations outside your control), we may extend this period at our discretion. Please contact us promptly if clarification is required.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>6. Photo Evidence Requirement<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To rely on the guarantee, you must provide <\/span><b>timestamped photo evidence<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> clearly showing any issues.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> This allows us to verify the concern and determine the appropriate resolution.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>7. Fix-Up Cleaning Booking<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To use the guarantee:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A fix-up clean must be booked <\/span><b>within 24 hours<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of the original service.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The fix-up clean will be limited strictly to the <\/span><b>specific areas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> identified and supported by photo evidence.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No additional charge applies when the issue falls within the guarantee.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>8. Fair Go Policy<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our package pricing is based on a <\/span><b>\u201cfair go\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> assumption \u2014 that the property reflects a normal level of use and dirt.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Standard pricing <\/span><b>does not<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cover extreme conditions such as:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">excessive rubbish and\/or mess<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">severe neglect or heavy build-up of dust and dirt<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">significant hoarding or squalor (unless booked as a squalor clean)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additional charges may apply, or a more appropriate service may be required.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>8.1 Undisclosed Conditions and Scope Adjustments<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must accurately disclose the condition of the property when booking. If the actual condition is significantly worse than described, or requires more time, labour or specialist work than reasonably expected, we may:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">adjust the rate or scope;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">extend the booking time (with your approval);<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reclassify the service category; or<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cancel the job and apply a call out fee.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In these cases, our guarantee does not apply to any incomplete tasks resulting from undisclosed conditions.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>9. Bond Clean Guarantee Conditions<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our bond clean guarantee applies only under the conditions below.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>9.1 Access During Guarantee Period<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To maintain the bond guarantee:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After the bond clean is completed, <\/span><b>no one<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> other than the <\/span><b>property manager<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (or their authorised representative) may enter the property.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If anyone else enters and alters the condition of the property, the guarantee may be void.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>9.2 Required Photos for Bond Quotes<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before we can provide a bond clean quote, you must submit photos of:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">walls<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">oven<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">window tracks<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">showers<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">any additional areas requiring extra attention<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Failure to provide required photos may delay or affect the accuracy of the quote.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>9.3 False Claims &amp; Termination of Guarantee<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If false or misleading information is provided, or if photos are not supplied when requested:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We may refuse or discontinue services<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The bond guarantee may be terminated<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>9.4 End of Lease Cleaning Guarantee Policy<\/b><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The bond guarantee applies <\/span><b>only<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to services explicitly booked as <\/span><b>bond or end of lease cleaning<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Work is guaranteed for <\/span><b>48 hours <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">after the clean.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must clearly request and confirm a bond clean at booking.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The guarantee does <\/span><b>not<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> apply to any other cleaning services, even if completed before a move. It also does not apply if only a partial clean was requested and we did not complete the full house clean.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By proceeding with a bond cleaning booking, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>10. Property Preparation Requirements (Bond and Similar Cleans)<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To complete a thorough bond clean and uphold our guarantee:<\/span><\/p><h3><b>a. Gardening<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All gardening (mowing, trimming, basic outdoor tidying) must be completed before our arrival.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>b. Rubbish and Furniture Removal<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All rubbish and unwanted furniture must be removed prior to the clean.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Our cleaners must have safe, unobstructed access to all areas.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>c. Access to Electricity<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Electricity must remain connected at the time of the clean.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Where these requirements are not met, additional charges may apply, or we may be unable to proceed.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If the clean cannot go ahead, a <\/span><b>minimum call-out fee of $231<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will be charged.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>11. Window Cleaning Packages<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Window packages are priced on the assumption of <\/span><b>one window per room<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Homes with more windows, oversized panes, or complex window configurations may incur a surcharge.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Please contact us for a customised quote if your home falls outside standard layout.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>12. Photography Permission<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By engaging our services, you authorise our cleaners to take <\/span><b>before and after photos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of their work.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These photos are used <\/span><b>internally only<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for quality control, training, and service improvement, and will not be publicly shared or used in marketing without your explicit consent (where legally required).<\/span><\/p><h2><b>13. Communication<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All communication regarding:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">guarantee claims<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">concerns, complaints, or feedback<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">booking changes<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">additional service requests<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">must be made using the contact methods agreed at the time of booking (e.g. phone, SMS, or email).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clear communication helps us respond promptly and maintain accurate records.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>14. Cancellation and Booking Policies<\/b><\/h2><h3><b>a. 24 Hour Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a <\/span><b>$70 cancellation fee<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>b. Last Minute Booking Fee<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bookings or changes made within 24 hours of the desired appointment time may incur a <\/span><b>$50 fee<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>c. Minimum Booking Times<\/b><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Domestic and commercial cleaning: <\/span><b>minimum 3 hours<\/b><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Builders cleaning: <\/span><b>minimum 4 hours<\/b><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>15. Key Handling and Security Policy<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We take the security of your property seriously. The following rules apply:<\/span><\/p><h3><b>15.1 Key Acceptance<\/b><\/h3><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> We do <\/span><b>not<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> accept keys for storage or unsupervised access.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> b. If cleaning is required without you present, a <\/span><b>lockbox<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> must be provided.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><h3><b>15.2 Lockbox Requirement<\/b><\/h3><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If you will not be onsite, a lockbox or secure access method is <\/span><b>mandatory<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> b. If secure access is not provided, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><h3><b>15.3 Responsibility Disclaimer<\/b><\/h3><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If you leave keys unsecured or doors unlocked, you accept full responsibility for any resulting incidents.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> b. If a cleaner accepts keys outside our policy, Eco Collective Cleaning is <\/span><b>not<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> liable for loss, damage, or disputes.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><h2><b>16. Limitations of Guarantee<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The guarantee does not cover:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pre-existing property issues<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">changes or damage caused after our service<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">matters beyond our reasonable control<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">unrealistic or unreasonable expectations<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">outcomes outside the scope of the service booked<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We reserve the right to determine, acting reasonably, whether a concern falls within the guarantee.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>17. Governing Law<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These Terms are governed by the laws of <\/span><b>Australia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, depending on the location the service is provided.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant region.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>18.
